The things I do that I think have the biggest impact on my health :
- I’m vegan- This is the big one. And I get asked LOTS of questions about what I eat in a day. A quick summary of things I eat daily are protein shakes, veggie burgers, raw veggies and fruit, and almonds. Those are the biggest components of my daily diet.
- I workout 2-3 days a week. I enjoy working out, but I don’t put pressure on myself or see it as a punishment. Its to make my body stronger and leaner. It’s also HUGE for my mental health. Just going for a walk can be a game changer.
- I take vitamins that work for me.
It’s important to try new things and figure out what works for your body and your lifestyle, but try small things at first and just make the commitment to do feel-good things each day.
